People Analytics & Operations Leader (Workday)

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA, United States; office attendance four days per week with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

Base salary: USD 120,000–225,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the People Analytics and HR Operations team while fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and data literacy.
• Partner with executive leaders to develop and execute a People Analytics strategy aligned with business KPIs.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reporting across talent acquisition, GDEI, talent development, HR operations, HR technology, workforce planning, and people metrics.
• Use business intelligence and AI capabilities to translate complex HR data into actionable organizational insights.
• Modernize and automate end-to-end employee-lifecycle data while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Optimize Workday HRIS processes and maintain reporting compliance and data governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with Workday HRIS, business intelligence tools, and organizational design.
• Familiarity with predictive AI analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, APIs, and data management concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed organization and engaging credibly with senior leaders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, independent execution, collaboration, and data-informed influencing skills.
• Knowledge of global data privacy regulations, including GDPR, with respect for data integrity and confidentiality.
