Senior Facility Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead site facility management and property implementation as a business partner to plant management.
• Define and execute maintenance plans covering repairs, upgrades, asset value protection, and operational requirements.
• Select, manage, and monitor FM, facility services, security, and maintenance contractors through SLAs and performance management.
• Plan and control maintenance, project, basic, and OPEX budgets while delivering savings and process improvements.
• Maintain reliable facility data and reporting for operational controls and monthly maintenance forecasts.
• Monitor EHS, legal, operational, and internal requirements; manage operational risks and support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of facility management or facility services experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership experience.
• Experience managing outsourced FM providers, security services, maintenance contractors, and other vendors through SLAs and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of industrial facility operations, maintenance planning, electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, special equipment compliance, and statutory inspections.
• Experience with budget planning, cost control, supplier optimization, digital facility management, CMMS, CAFM, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required.
