What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical owner for Final Finish, Test, and Post-Cure processes in the Asia Pacific region.
• Lead technical scope and readiness for capital projects, including FAT/SAT execution.
• Manage supplier qualifications and value engineering initiatives for inspection and finishing equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex process issues impacting product quality.
• Interface with global engineering teams to align on technical standards and process improvements.
• Provide secondary technical coverage for upstream manufacturing processes as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing support and supplier interaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kunshan, China.

Nice to have

• Experience with Final Finish, Testing, or Post-Cure processes in a manufacturing environment.
