What you will do
- Own the technical standards and process performance for Final Finish and Test processes.
- Lead technical scope definition and FAT/SAT readiness for Final Finish and Test capital projects.
- Support supplier qualification and value engineering for inspection and finishing equipment.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex Final Finish and Test issues affecting quality.
- Align regional processes with Global Engineering and provide secondary coverage for assigned upstream processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing support and supplier interaction.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Final Finish, Testing, or Post-Cure processes.
