What you will do

• Maintain technical ownership of the Mixing process domain in Asia-Pacific, ensuring solutions meet capacity, quality, safety, and stability requirements.
• Lead the technical scope of capital projects, including requirements definition, technical reviews, and FAT/SAT commissioning.
• Technically assess and qualify Mixing equipment suppliers and drive Best Cost Capital (BCC) through value engineering.
• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support and root-cause analysis for complex equipment issues across AP plants.
• Serve as the primary regional technical interface with Global Process Engineering to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Provide secondary technical coverage for adjacent process domains such as Tire Assembly, Curing, and Final Finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with equipment suppliers, including technical evaluation and qualification activities.
• Experience providing technical support within manufacturing or multi-plant environments.
• Ability to apply sound engineering judgment to evaluate technical solutions for lifecycle reliability.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting root-cause analysis.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with global engineering teams and suppliers.
