2027 TMP Tech & NPI Entry Level Engineering Rotation (Gas Turbine Engineering)

Location: San Diego, California; onsite five days per week. Relocation to San Diego is available.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 per year.

What you will do

• Complete multiple four- to six-month engineering rotations.
• Build technical foundations and gain broad exposure to gas turbine products and engineering functions.
• Rotate through areas including mechanical design, combustion, heat transfer, compressor and turbine aerodynamics, materials and processes, development testing, performance, aftermarket engineering, and customer services.
• Develop an enterprise perspective, product knowledge, and a professional engineering network.
• Transition into a long-term assignment in an NPI or technology engineering department after the rotation program.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, combustion, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience, including previous internship or relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Must be able and willing to relocate to San Diego, California and work onsite five days per week.
• Problem-solving, prioritization, judgment, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
