What you will do

• Lead the service engineering team responsible for gas turbine rotor, compressor, and casing components across the A-Region fleet.
• Provide technical governance and act as the service component owner for rotor, compressor, and casing systems.
• Ensure 24/7 operational support, resolve fleet issues, and manage technical risks and mitigation activities.
• Drive process improvements through standardization, digital tools, and advanced data analytics.
• Collaborate with regional engineering teams, global product organizations, competence hubs, customers, and business functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering professionals while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in gas turbine engineering, service engineering, technical operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering, service, or technical teams in a complex industrial environment.
• Expertise in gas turbine rotor, compressor, and casing technologies, fleet issue resolution, and technical risk assessment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration across global teams, customers, and business functions.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into business decisions and drive innovation.
