Lead I C-Shift (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; full-time work at a manufacturing facility

Salary: $25.29–$37.94 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers, including assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, machine operators, and plant operators.
• Review work orders, production schedules, charts, and reports to determine requirements and evaluate output.
• Inspect materials, products, equipment, and work areas for defects, malfunctions, and safety issues.
• Train or arrange training for employees on equipment operations, work procedures, and safety procedures.
• Resolve production problems and equipment malfunctions with supervisors and coworkers.
• Coach, motivate, and guide employees while advising on process and product improvements.

Requirements

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Effective written and spoken communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
