Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) - Florida

Location: Florida area; applicants must be full-time residents of the United States and have office space available for seeing clients. In-person care is strongly preferred, with virtual care also available.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Support clients across a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to complex and severe conditions.
• Apply evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises when needed.
• Deliver care in person through a private or group practice and/or virtually.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical-track program, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing independent practice without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Full-time residence in the United States and office space in the Florida area are required.
