Associate Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Florida, United States (100% remote from home). Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $55.1K–$57K annually, determined by the clinician’s state of residence.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program.
• Assess and support patients across the lifespan.
• Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve treatment goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted United States work authorization without employer sponsorship; temporary or employer-dependent visa authorization is not accepted.
• Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish; additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in other languages.
