Location: Kennesaw, Georgia, USA; onsite full-time. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do
- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERP.
- Manage indirect purchasing for MRO, services, contracts, equipment, and operational needs.
- Monitor open orders, track supplier deliveries, and expedite delayed goods and services.
- Communicate with suppliers, resolve order issues, and escalate risks to business operations.
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with approval workflows and purchasing thresholds.
- Partner with operations, manufacturing, engineering, sales, finance, customer service, and procurement teams on requirements and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of purchasing, procurement, or buying experience.
- Experience creating and managing purchase orders and working with an ERP system.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; applicants requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing, indirect procurement, or MRO purchasing experience.
- Oracle ERP experience.
- Experience with supplier delivery tracking, order expediting, vendor management, and supplier communications.
