CNC Operator/Programmer (Weekdays - Day Shift)

Location: Pasadena, Texas, USA; full-time onsite role

Compensation: USD 27–31 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical production paths and bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Improve programming efficiency, cycle times, throughput, and machine utilization.
• Train and assist other CNC setup operators while documenting manufacturing activities accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in metalworking and experience operating CNC equipment.
• Required: EIA G-code editing and Mazatrol programming/editing.
• Experience with Mazak milling machines and strong knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; collaborate cross-functionally and manage changing priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, operate multiple machines, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• 3 or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Associate or technical degree.
