What you will do

• Manage music streaming subscriptions, account registrations, and cancellation requests.
• Provide customer support in English and Bahasa Indonesia through email, chat, calls, and other live and non-live channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues while building positive customer rapport.
• Capture required information accurately in the designated tools.
• Report customer interactions and relevant events accurately to the supervisor or lead.
• Complete assigned tasks within required timelines and follow company rules and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Completion of at least two years of college, or a high school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet daily targets related to key result areas.
