Quality Technical Lead I Assembly I C-Shift (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; full-time onsite work at a manufacturing facility

Salary: $22.99–$34.49 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished equipment and sub-assemblies against company standards.
• Identify workmanship and design defects during and after assembly.
• Evaluate parts and assemblies using blueprints, schematics, drawings, and measuring tools.
• Quarantine non-conforming materials and complete the required quality-control process.
• Help design and implement product inspection methods and procedures.
• Maintain inspection records, electronic quality systems, and shipment-condition reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, product designs, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools, blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with manufacturing personnel at all levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours; periodic exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and chemical fumes.
