Assembly Operator - 2nd shift - Direct Hire (Electrical Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Compensation: $14.80–$27.50 per hour; starting hourly pay up to $20.75+, with overtime opportunities.

What you will do

• Assemble, fill, kit, prepare, label, and package products or components according to work instructions.
• Complete production work using specifications, drawings, job routings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Select and move production materials and maintain the equipment and materials required for operations.
• Meet safety, quality, performance, and production schedule requirements while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Record manufacturing order information and complete transactions needed to maintain accurate ihirify.globalory balances.
• Perform rotational assignments, report operational issues through the escalation procedure, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Entry-level and skilled candidates are considered.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and use of scales preferred.
• Experience following work instructions or reading blueprints preferred.
• Experience assembling mechanical parts into finished products preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools or working in a light industrial facility preferred.
