Sr. Analyst, Cost Analytics & Performance LATAM

Location: Mexico City - Polanco, Mexico; flexible work model combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

What you will do

• Analyze product cost, inventory, logistics, and Cost of Sales accounts across LATAM.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile accounts during month-end close, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
• Prepare Gross Margin and Cost of Sales reporting and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Maintain SOX controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Automate management reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis tools while simplifying recurring processes.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Logistics, Audit, Commercial Finance, and regional and global stakeholders on cost performance and supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Cost Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting, or related analytical finance roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, Gross Margin, Cost of Sales, inventory, and logistics cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience working with large datasets and recurring financial models.
• Strong analytical, communication, business partnering, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above for interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
