Performance Controller / Cost Accountant (M/F/D) (Automotive)

What you will do

• Set, maintain, review, and analyze standard costs for manufactured goods.
• Establish and analyze administration, labor, and burden costs to support financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Manage inventory revaluation and cost of goods sold analysis.
• Prepare material forecasts using historical trends and analytical data.
• Reconcile actual results against forecasts and budgets, including bridge analysis, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, performance control, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, methodologies, variance analysis, and cost control procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheet development and financial data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong reporting, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English capability is preferred.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• CPA or another relevant accounting certification.
• Financial modeling and forecasting experience.
