Team Lead - Industrial Mechanic

Location: Onsite in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. Permanent full-time night shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

What you will do

• Repair, maintain, and inspect fixed production machinery.
• Plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise maintenance work and employees.
• Organize and participate in preventive and corrective shutdowns.
• Analyze departmental equipment problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Manage current and future parts supply needs with management and procurement.
• Develop team skills, verify work quality, and enforce health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• DEP in industrial mechanics.
• At least 5 years of industrial mechanics experience.
• At least 1 year of personnel management experience.
• Knowledge of chain-driven and belt-driven machinery.
• Excellent welding skills and knowledge.
• Leadership, priority management, mechanical aptitude, and independence.

Nice to have

• Experience with hydraulic systems.
