Recruiter

Location: On-site in Irving, Texas, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Travel to job fairs, recruitment events, and field locations is required.

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office, and sales teams.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, social media, networking, and recruiting agencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, responsibilities, qualifications, and skills.
• Prepare recruitment plans and interview applicants to assess alignment with role requirements.
• Build relationships with universities and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to travel to recruitment events and field locations.
• Ability to work on-site at the Irving, Texas facility.
