What you will do
- Support recruitment activities for Sales, Venture Capital, Operations, and Project Management roles.
- Post job openings on job boards and screen CVs.
- Track open positions using recruiting software and co-manage the ATS.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and support the full hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and attend job fairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Ability to multitask, establish priorities, maintain employee confidence, and support operations.
- Experience with international sourcing and hiring.
