Night Shift Supervisor-Back End (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time on-site role at a production facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Schedule: 12-hour night shifts Thursday–Saturday and a 6-hour night shift on Wednesday.

What you will do

• Supervise associates in the Service Bureau production department and coordinate department workflow.
• Lead production operations toward safety, quality, service, productivity, cost reduction, and other department goals.
• Oversee equipment functionality, upkeep, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate material inventories and records for warehouse and workflow areas.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies while preventing recurring issues.
• Ensure shipments are completed and packages are sent to the correct destinations according to the daily job schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with an ERP software system.
• Final candidates must complete a background check and drug screening after receiving an offer.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Print or rotary experience.
