Salary: $112,704–$169,056 per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for one or more manufacturing production lines.
• Prepare production schedules and monitor output, capacity, resource use, and performance requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and create reports covering production processes, tooling issues, performance, and inventory.
• Lead improvements in safety, productivity, quality, cost control, and critical manufacturing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, regulatory requirements, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Support employee performance management and training on production machinery and new equipment.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, manufacturing safety, process improvement, and production training.
• Working knowledge of analytical thinking, planning and organizing, performance management, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to identify root causes, compare solutions, develop action plans, and improve production processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Channelview, Texas five days per week.
