Site Quality Manager (Solar)

Location: Full-time onsite at a jobsite in Salome, Arizona, with frequent travel to remote project locations

Salary: $105,795–$132,244 per year

What you will do

• Implement and manage the Site-Specific Quality Plan and enforce Quality Management System standards.
• Develop and execute Inspection Test Plans covering civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities.
• Lead site inspections, process audits, documentation audits, and verification of corrective actions.
• Identify and manage nonconformances, lead root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Maintain inspection reports, nonconformance reports, test results, and quality metrics.
• Review subcontractor quality plans, facilitate lessons-learned reviews, and coordinate with clients, engineering, procurement, and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in utility-scale solar quality management.
• In-depth knowledge of utility-scale photovoltaic systems, civil construction, electrical and mechanical codes, and QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6 and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to travel frequently and work onsite at remote project locations for extended periods.

• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma certification.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
