Location: Streetsboro, Ohio, United States; onsite, 12-hour rotating night shift including weekends, 7p-7a

What you will do

• Supervise employees in the kitting, fulfillment, and pick-pack departments.
• Coordinate communications and operations across shifts, departments, locations, and vendors.
• Plan and schedule departmental workflow, adjusting priorities according to business needs.
• Establish and monitor safety, quality, continuous improvement, and KPI targets.
• Manage staffing decisions, employee development, training, documentation, and employee relations.
• Track labor costs and departmental expenditures, provide reporting, and troubleshoot production processes.

Requirements

• Broad technical knowledge of commercial print and/or fulfillment operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing people and directing work activities in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of comprehensive multi-shift department management experience; printing or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of Windows applications, Microsoft Office products, database systems, ISO procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with WCSS, WBS, Monarch Foundation, DPrint, and FM Pro ship schedules.
• Commercial printing or fulfillment environment experience.
