Quality Supervisor - WARDFLEX

What you will do

• Supervise and support Quality Technicians through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor product quality through inspections and testing, maintaining responsibility for finished-product quality.
• Investigate and document non-conformances, report findings, and lead corrective action initiatives.
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, management reports, and other quality documentation.
• Analyze quality data, scrap trends, and process performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits, quality-system compliance, cross-functional reviews, and customer or supplier issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, procedures, and regulatory requirements, with strong written, verbal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; auditor training or internal and external quality-system experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, and work around moving machinery, noise, airborne particles, and changing conditions.
