Ground Network Service Agent (Logistics)

Location: Melrose Park, Illinois, USA; onsite, full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

Salary: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

What you will do

• Allocate departmental workloads and ensure deadlines and KPI standards are met.
• Support staffing requirements, scheduling, weekly meetings, business-plan reviews, and team accountability.
• Develop warehouse sortation plans and work instructions, including dock plans, door sequencing, staging, segregation, and processing times.
• Manage manifests, bills of lading, trailer inventories, yard services, security, and facility access.
• Monitor OS&D shipments and support consolidation processing and workflow monitoring in e.tms Export and Import.
• Identify network capacity constraints and coordinate contingencies, reroutes, additional trucks, and service-provider equipment.

Requirements

• Expertise with the facility’s warehouse management system and supporting technology.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• GDP (Goods Distribution Practice) training.
• Availability for the Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. onsite schedule in Melrose Park, Illinois.
