Location: On site at the ESN office in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA

Salary: $55,000–$63,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the development of technical data packages containing electronic parts lists and engineering drawings.
• Contact NAVSUP and electronic equipment systems engineering agents to obtain technical data.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, revision levels, and alternative or equivalent parts in technical data.
• Research national stock number support and identify replacement parts for obsolete components.
• Conduct logistics research and lifecycle analysis using defense logistics databases and industry systems.
• Explore internal and third-party tools to improve and automate data accuracy.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense SECRET clearance required.
• Experience with MS Office, including proficiency in MS Access for compiling parts data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with Department of Defense entities.
• Ability to work on site in Chesapeake, Virginia.
• Experience with technical data, electronic parts, NSNs, and logistics research.

Nice to have

• Naval supply, naval logistics, military, or defense-industry experience.
• Familiarity with DLA FEDMALL, Haystack, Database 360/Accuris, OARS, CDMDOA, NAVSUP Inform 21, Demand History, OneTouch, Logiquest, FEDLOG, and SNAPSHOT PMS Viewer.
