Logistic Operation Staff (Bilingual English/Korean)

Compensation: USD 28–30 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor and manage product movement through air, ocean, and land transportation.
• Track shipments across transportation channels and maintain accurate logistics records and account documentation.
• Prepare monthly KPI and ad-hoc reports for supply chain operations.
• Coordinate daily with customers, carriers, site managers, and internal staff.
• Develop performance metrics for internal supply chain resources and external logistics partners.
• Resolve transportation and logistics discrepancies and identify cost-effective shipping methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–5+ years of logistics industry experience, including freight forwarding and strategy planning knowledge.
• Korean bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Very proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel up to 10% in the United States.
