Salary: $24.00 - $30.75 per hour

• Supervise cross-functional departments to meet daily production metrics and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to maximize performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Assign work duties, track attendance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor operations to enhance productivity and facilitate problem-solving activities.
• Ensure inspection standards are followed to prevent the shipment of off-quality products.
• Provide visible leadership and foster a positive, engaging work environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3-5 years of business experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours across three shifts as needed.
• Proficiency with systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or Oracle.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
