Logistics Coordinator - Customs Brokerage

Location: 345 Rouser Road, Moon Township, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Provide proactive and professional service to internal and external customers.
• Enter operational data accurately and on time.
• Monitor customs files to ensure timely processing and visibility.
• Prepare accurate client billing.
• Transfer information from source documents into the customs entry system.
• Support the verification, preparation, and submission of customs declarations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Interest in developing a career in supply chain management and logistics.
• Fluent English required. Successful candidates must pass a background check.
