What you will do

• Retrieve, file, audit, and report the status of international trade documentation.
• Review received documents for accuracy, completeness, correct charges, and required fields.
• Maintain and update work processes and procedures for customer accounts.
• Communicate with office personnel about obstacles affecting timely document processing.
• Prepare professional, accurate, error-free communications in line with corporate standards.
