Salary: $74,900–$97,400 annually

What you will do

• Lead and organize mechanics’ work through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Support the Maintenance Department Leader and provide coverage in their absence.
• Provide technical support for controls, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and bakery production systems.
• Manage maintenance software and components for an automated manufacturing line.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and reports, initiating corrective actions to improve performance.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, safety, sanitation, and company maintenance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical circuitry, bread and roll production equipment repair, refrigeration, and fuel-burning equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, team-building, and computer skills.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, instructions, gauges, and meters.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, climbing, lifting, kneeling, and using stairs, ladders, and ramps.

Nice to have

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• AIB Maintenance Correspondence Course.
• Strong PLC knowledge.
