SUPVR-MAINTENANCE

Location: Waco, Texas, United States

Salary: $96,000–$130,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Plan, estimate, assign, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment, machinery, and service systems.
• Coordinate machine downtime and production activities to increase uptime and minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Supervise maintenance, mechanical, and electrical staff, including work oversight, coaching, training, and performance development.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory, maintenance budgets, and cost controls.
• Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance programs are completed and repairs are properly executed.
• Recommend capital improvements and assist with the design and installation of new equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or completed certification in production maintenance.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment and electrical maintenance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Solid mechanical, electrical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of corrugated and packaging equipment, manufacturing systems, and shop-floor software.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Previous supervisory experience in coaching, training, team building, performance development, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with manufacturing safety practices.
