What you will do

• Take managerial ownership of large-scale multidisciplinary rail and transit construction projects.
• Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, delivery, and quality of deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project owners and lead coordination with project teams, contractors, and design-builders.
• Support community outreach and coordination with third-party stakeholders.
• Identify project prospects, prepare technical proposals, and participate in client interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• At least 10 years of project management experience, including extensive knowledge of rail transit systems.
• Experience managing projects for the MTA C&D Signal Business Unit, formerly the NYCT Signal Department.
• Familiarity with Project Management Procedures (PMPs) and Project Management Guidelines (PMGs).
• Strong client focus, integrity, collaboration, leadership, and commitment to innovation.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course certification, or willingness to obtain it within six months of hire.
