Location: Westwood, MA or Hartford, CT, United States. Hybrid schedule requires at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with regular travel to Greater Boston and project sites. Availability to work up to five days in the office, travel between MA/CT/NH, and support emergency restoration assignments is required.
Salary: $147,230–$163,590 annually, plus potential incentive.

What you will do
- Manage large CAPEX transmission projects, including substations, transmission lines, and major facility expansions, from initiation through closeout.
- Lead planning, engineering, siting and permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, outage planning, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, cash flows, communications plans, and change-control processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across transmission, construction, finance, legal, regulatory relations, purchasing, and communications.
- Manage regulatory filings, environmental assessments, ISO-NE submittals, permit approvals, bid documents, and energization plans.
- Provide management reporting, guide less experienced project managers, and prepare testimony for regulatory proceedings.
Requirements
- Ten years of related experience, including at least three years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; finance, business, an equivalent degree, or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, with strong planning, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transmission projects concurrently and work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
- Must be able to work in the United States, follow the hybrid office schedule, travel between MA/CT/NH, visit high-voltage construction sites, and respond to emergencies or off-hours incidents.

- Experience preparing expert witness testimony and regulatory presentations.
