ServiceNow Consulting Director (ServiceNow)

Salary: $134,000–$269,000 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Advance U.S. ServiceNow market growth through pipeline development, account expansion, pursuit strategy, and proposal development.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with client executives and participate in complex sales pursuits and executive discussions.
• Strengthen ServiceNow alliance and partner-program performance, including Product Line Achievement, Validated Practice goals, certification, and learning strategies.
• Connect ServiceNow capabilities to industry-specific business outcomes and develop differentiated solutions, offerings, and accelerators.
• Provide senior oversight of active engagements, delivery governance, quality, financial performance, client satisfaction, and escalations.
• Lead and develop ServiceNow leaders, architects, and delivery managers while overseeing capacity planning, delivery methodologies, and practice operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting or technology services with significant ServiceNow platform experience.
• Previous Director-level or equivalent senior leadership experience in a professional services organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, influence pipeline, and build executive client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, partner ecosystem, enterprise adoption models, and industry-specific solutioning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with regional or national practice growth and large commercial or enterprise clients.
• Experience scaling delivery operations and developing ServiceNow learning, certification, and talent strategies.
• Experience with ServiceNow PLA, Validated Practice, partner achievement, industry-led solutions, or market-facing accelerators.
• ServiceNow certifications or experience across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC workflows.
