Lead Product Manager: Graph Solutions (AI)

Location: Tysons, Virginia, United States; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements.

Salary: $131,200–$238,300 annually for work performed in Virginia.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the Graph Solutions Platform.
• Lead the integration of graph intelligence with generative AI systems for regulatory operations.
• Translate regulatory challenges, including hidden fraud networks and investigations, into product strategy and requirements.
• Manage prioritization, backlogs, release goals, product development, UAT, launches, and post-launch reviews across multiple complex products.
• Partner with RegOps leadership, UI/UX, architecture, technology, and stakeholder teams to deliver enterprise capabilities.
• Coach junior product management colleagues and improve product development and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing, including 5 years in product or experience management.
• Experience with Agile software development and cross-functional work in a large organization.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and translating data into quantifiable actions and deliverables.
• Strong writing ability and business acumen.
• Regular in-person attendance is required as part of the hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
• CSPO certification.
• Financial services industry experience and strong financial acumen.
• Experience providing guidance to cross-functional resources.
