What you will do
- Provide foundational technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.
- Support infrastructure projects and assigned service activities.
- Perform basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address infrastructure challenges and daily operations.
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation while following established best practices and standards.
- Build technical expertise through on-the-job learning and practical experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge of infrastructure services.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate.
