Cloud and AI System Engineer

What you will do

• Enable and optimize hirify.global cloud and AI server and rack platforms for customers.
• Define system requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams based on customer needs.
• Debug and resolve system-level issues across hardware and software.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions integrating software, firmware, boards, silicon, and SoC components.
• Improve fleet quality and optimize system performance.
• Develop automation and AI-driven engineering solutions and contribute to cloud and AI innovation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 0–1 years of hands-on systems integration experience, including internships or academic projects; or a relevant master's degree with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Fundamental understanding of computer architecture, microarchitecture, and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Strong interest in cloud and AI systems, computer architecture, microarchitecture, or Agentic AI.
• On-site work in Shanghai, China is required.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge in at-scale solution development, diagnosis, debugging, and management.
• Knowledge of CPU, GPU, or I/O systems.
