Quality Asurance Technician (All Shifts)

What you will do

• Support the implementation of new processes and enhancements with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.
• Collect data and document current procedures under the direction of quality engineering staff.
• Conduct scheduled unit audits and process inspections.
• Analyze audit trends to identify improvement opportunities and training needs.
• Communicate quality changes with quality and production leaders and update processes, tools, and documentation.
• Travel to different locations to support projects, introduce quality initiatives, and maintain consistency across sites.

Requirements

• Experience or education in a STEM-related technical field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, self-discipline, deadline-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn hands-on industrial tools and follow safety and quality standards.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments with seasonal heat and cold, dust, chemical fumes, and required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Competent keyboarding and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
