Project Manager - Healthcare

Salary: $128,067.17–$146,362.48 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex healthcare projects and initiatives with significant resource requirements, risk, and scope.
• Represent owners and stakeholder groups while managing design professionals, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Oversee project phases including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning, and closeout.
• Manage project staff, financials, cash flow analyses, cost estimates, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and schedules.
• Monitor design and construction activities for contractual, safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, communicate complex issues, and mentor project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years of clinical renovation and owner’s representative or project management experience in hospital, healthcare system, pharmaceutical, or laboratory projects.
• Experience managing at least $50 million in healthcare or related construction projects, including high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, recruit, train, and develop team members and forecast project challenges.
• High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint, plus experience with project management software.
