Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $110,000–$155,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through close-out and one-year warranty follow-up.
• Estimate project costs, establish budgets and contract prices, and support estimating staff.
• Negotiate and issue subcontract bid packages, manage material procurement, and ensure timely approvals and delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, reporting, documentation, quality control, and compliance with contract terms.
• Work with the Superintendent to develop and implement safety procedures and plans.
• Lead, train, and supervise project teams while coordinating owners, architects, subcontractors, and management.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
