What you will do

• Manage healthcare construction projects through planning, procurement, construction, close-out, and warranty follow-up.
• Estimate project costs, establish budgets and contract prices, and support estimating activities.
• Develop schedules, coordinate buyout, shop drawing approvals, material delivery, and project control systems.
• Negotiate and issue subcontract bid packages and manage cost-effective subcontractor and material purchases.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and superintendents, and maintain project reporting.
• Maintain safety and quality standards, ensure contract compliance, document project events, and mitigate claims and conflicts.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
