Project Manager - Mission Critical

Location: Bellevue, WA, United States; full-time onsite role

Annual salary: $130,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Manage mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, close-out, and warranty follow-up.
• Develop project budgets, contract prices, schedules, procurement plans, and subcontract bid packages.
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontractor agreements and material purchases while ensuring contract compliance.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, Superintendents, estimators, and project teams.
• Implement safety, quality control, reporting, documentation, and project management procedures.
• Lead, train, and supervise the project team while mitigating claims and conflicts.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
