Location: Support Center - Irving, Texas, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual demand, sales, and margin forecasts.
• Track performance against plan, investigate variances, and prepare actionable business reporting.
• Analyze historical data, trends, and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
• Execute and optimize the ecommerce promotional calendar, including setup validation across systems and channels.
• Support assortment, SKU productivity, availability, lifecycle, pricing, and drop-ship forecasting activities.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations while monitoring BOPIS, SFS, and other fulfillment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field; extensive retail merchandising experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 5 years of merchandise or retail experience preferred.
• Strategic and creative thinking combined with sound business judgment and quantitative analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to learn Hyperion, SAP Finance, Business Objects, MFP, APT, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is an essential job function.
