Merchandise Planner (Fashion Ecommerce)

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Develop and manage annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans for assigned product categories.
• Partner with Re-Order teams to manage inventory composition across new, re-order, and core styles.
• Create pre-season assortment plans using historical and trend-based SKU productivity performance.
• Analyze sales, inventory, margin, promotions, price adjustments, markdowns, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising to improve collection and landing pages, product views, and conversion.
• Prepare recurring reports and use quarterly category hindsight to guide inventory, profit, and assortment decisions while partnering with Buying, Marketing, and Re-Order teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Financial Planning, or a similar fashion/apparel role.
• Experience with Shopify as an eCommerce platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience analyzing data and recommending solutions based on insights.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
