Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electro-mechanical production equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, rebuild, and assemble machinery using layouts, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Use testing and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment checkouts.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities and support breakdown maintenance.
• Support equipment commissioning, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with Operations, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to improve uptime, reliability, and production performance.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and improving production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and exposure to automation and PLC-controlled systems.
• Ability to support root cause analysis and equipment reliability improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, teamwork, collaboration, and accountability skills.
