Inside Sales Representative (Electronics)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; full-time on-site role

What you will do

• Sell electronic products, services, and solutions to prospective and existing customers through telephone, email, portals, and other communication channels.
• Develop and manage trusted customer and account relationships while identifying sales opportunities and market solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information, pricing, quotes, and solution input.
• Follow sales activities from initial contact through order fulfillment, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate inventory, delivery lead times, and unit pricing for existing customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product, materials, field sales, and supplier teams to coordinate sales strategies and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, ERP, and order management systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, analysis, formatting, data manipulation, and problem solving.
• Expert knowledge of customer needs, products, and complex business services, with strong judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites or attend training, including possible overnight travel.
