Sales Representative (Export)

Location: Mexico City – Polanco, Mexico; full-time, onsite role supporting the Panama export market.

What you will do

• Manage and grow distributor and retail accounts in Panama.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across core brands.
• Prepare sales forecasts and support demand planning with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and Incoterms with customers.
• Coordinate export operations from China through timely and compliant product delivery.
• Present sales reports, KPIs, and performance analyses while resolving operational issues and supporting product launches and trade fairs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles and/or the consumer industry.
• Proficiency with Excel, large datasets, reporting, sales analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience reconciling client account statements and tracking orders, payments, and credits.
• Understanding of Incoterms and basic export logistics coordination.
• Strong commercial negotiation and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Basic familiarity with the toy category, consumer trends, and major brand drivers.
