Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Location: Remote flexibility from anywhere in the United States; listed location: Irvine, California, United States

Base pay range: $225,000–$300,000 per year, plus incentive compensation and equity

What you will do

• Lead HR Operations, Total Rewards, HR Technology, Global Payroll, HR Business Partnerships, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Consultant Operations.
• Design and execute people strategies supporting a diversified, global professional services business and a high-performing employee experience.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize Workday HCM and improve scalable HR processes.
• Lead global HR compliance, organizational change management, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
• Develop career paths, succession plans, and career development programs for high-potential employees.
• Manage strategic vendors, budgets, implementation scope, and process improvements while advising the CEO, Board of Directors, and Compensation Committee.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in HR practices, HR technology, and business.
• Proven success developing and implementing people-focused policies and managing global HR functions.
• Strong understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, customs, and diverse markets.
• Experience managing concurrent projects, cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and implementation scope.
• Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, public speaking, and employee engagement skills.
• Graduate degree in HR or a related field is highly preferred.
