Manager of Logistics and Warehouse, Intercompany Experience (SAP)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States, Belgium, or another Johnson & Johnson facility in the United States or EMEA; hybrid role

Salary: $102,000–$175,950 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 capabilities for logistics, warehouse management, deliveries, returns, master data, and intercompany flows.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, scalable functional solutions, and integration designs.
• Govern the SAP S/4 template scope and drive its innovation and evolution across program deployments.
• Manage product backlogs, release planning, sprint planning, stakeholder demos, and cross-squad priorities.
• Oversee technical testing and support business simulation testing and user acceptance testing.
• Plan squad resources, guide cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of SAP experience and 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics, including Sales and Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, warehouse management systems, Agile delivery, product backlogs, and large-scale business transformation programs.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare processes, SOX, GxP, and Software Development Lifecycle documentation.
• English proficiency required; limited international travel of up to 10% may be required.
